# Hệ Thống Ngủ

Ngủ giúp phục hồi năng lượng và sức khỏe. Khi thanh mệt mỏi thấp, bạn cần ngủ để tiếp tục hoạt động!

## Khi Nào Cần Ngủ?

* Thanh **mệt mỏi** thấp (hiển thị trên HUD)
* Cơ thể xuất hiện triệu chứng ngáp hoặc lảo đảo
* Muốn phục hồi sức khỏe
* Trước khi đi làm xa

## Cách Ngủ

### Tìm Giường

| Địa Điểm             | Mô Tả                       |
| -------------------- | --------------------------- |
| **Nhà riêng**        | Về nhà nếu đã mua nhà       |
| **Nhà thuê**         | Thuê lại nhà của người khác |
| **Chỗ ngủ miễn phí** | Một số chỗ ngủ miễn phí     |

### Ngủ

1. Đến vị trí có giường
2. Dùng **ALT** để tương tác
3. Chọn **"Ngủ"**
4. Chờ một lúc
5. **Thức dậy** với năng lượng hồi phục!

## Lưu Ý

* **Ngủ mất vài phút thực** — Đừng ngủ ở nơi nguy hiểm
* **Có thể bị đánh thức** — Hãy ngủ ở nơi vắng vẻ

## Mẹo

1. **Ngủ trước khi đi làm** — Đảm bảo năng lượng đầy
2. **Mua nhà riêng** — Dễ ngủ hơn, không tốn tiền
3. **Đừng để kiệt sức** — Kiệt sức = hoạt động chậm hơn
4. **Ngủ ở nơi an toàn** — Đề phòng bị đánh thức
